VP Global Buyer Ad Strategy

OVERVIEW

Our company, client base, and team have expanded and we are now searching for our first full-time leader of the global buyer strategy group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, grow, and teach a global team of consultants to fulfill engagements around strategy and media buying
  • Own best practices for media buying and consumer data management including landscape, SWOT, positioning
  • Attend relevant conferences and industry events
  • Identify new vendors and/or technology in the space and work with PC HQ to schedule educational presentations for global team
  • Provide support as needed to teams actively working on client engagements
  • Maintain overview of current ecosystem (agencies, structures, players)
  • Work with business development team ensuring proper positioning, product mix, pricing, and helping close pipeline
  • Set and achieve realistic goals for the the Buyer Strategy client vertical
  • Develop International knowledge and customize products for regions outside the US
  • Report to the CEO & Principal

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years overall experience, with 2+ years programmatic buying experience, and 2+ years working on brand or agency side of the business
  • Previous tech stack ownership/development at leading publisher, agency, advertiser
  • Producing and delivering recommendations at an organization’s C-level
  • Bachelor’s Degree required

LOCATION AND TRAVEL

  • This position is full-time with expected global travel of 15-20% in the first year. Ideally based in New York City at our global headquarters, but depending on the candidate, we are open to this leader being based in another major city.
