Our client, an at-home programmatic digital partner, is looking for a talented VP of Partnership Development to join their growing team. This role requires a hunter with experience in sales planning and execution who can thrive in a dynamic environment. As VP of Partnership Development, you’ll oversee the Ad Exchange and connect third-party DSPs to purchase programmatic digital ads. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can identify growth opportunities and develop strong partnerships with the latest demand platforms on the market.


  • Collaborate with VP of Product to oversee the SSP product and features roadmap
  • Own all aspects of the supply-side platform, communicating business and technical value to audiences
  • Identify and prospect revenue opportunities, presenting sales pitches to potential clients
  • Manage third-party integration projects and incoming partnership inquiries and appointments
  • Negotiate master service agreements with partners
  • Compose high-quality sales materials, proposals, and presentations
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, traveling to prospects and clients when needed
  • Compose quarterly review reports
  • Oversee a small team of account managers
  • Evaluate sales methods and results for effectiveness
  • Work alongside the marketing manager to facilitate training events and develop educational and sales documents


  • 6+ years of experience in programmatic or online digital advertising with omnichannel sales a big plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google suite products
  • Familiarity with using a CRM software platform, Zoho CRM is highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts and speak technically about various ad platforms
  • Highly organized with experience with Asana and Slack software
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting sales quota goals and revenue expectation
