Problem
Our client, a leader in CTV measurement, needed to identify key CTV publishers to enhance both scale and quality of their coverage. We were tasked with identifying the right decision maker, creating strong benefit-led messaging and improving adoption of the certification process with publishers.
Solution
We assessed and ranked target CTV publishers based on their current size and growth trajectory. Our role was to pitch the importance of tag certification to these publishers and facilitate communication between them and our client's engineering team for an efficient certification process.
Results
The conversion rate from interest to certification surpassed expectations, achieving a 1:1 match rate with interested publishers. We expanded the network of certified publishers significantly and helped streamline the certification process for future scalability.
