SVP, Global Buyer Strategy

OVERVIEW
We are looking for a senior-level executive to scale our current global practice helping Brands, Agencies, and Buyside Tech. This person is a key leader of our client-facing and internal teams and will work across many aspects of our organization. The candidate is responsible for providing thought leadership, a face, and a voice to our important buyside services including Identity, Attribution & Measurement, and M&A Due Diligence. This leader will also represent
the firm’s Brand to our clients and the industry.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Buyside Strategy team globally, helping own, secure, and manage all client projects while providing important thought leadership
  • Work with Business Development team referring business and joining sales calls as both a subject matter expert and project team representative to help close business
  • Design and staff project teams, utilizing available full-time and freelance resources, to fulfill the project spec with appropriate budgets and on-time delivery
  • Oversee strategy and development of future proprietary products/services from Prohaska Consulting geared to helping Brands and/or Agencies
  • Manage Engagement Lead and Own Global P&L, achieving Revenue and EBITDA goals
  • Recruit, evaluate, and manage new and current teammates, working with PC Ops to manage Team CDP
  • Closely-monitor marketplace trends to surface new opportunities for growth, presenting to clients
  • Attend and present at in-person and virtual Global Events & Conferences
  • Assist in curriculum updates and training for Buying training globally across all formats
  • Report to the CEO & Principal

 

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15+ years overall experience, with 10+ in Buyside Strategy and Execution
  • Paid, Earned, and Owned managerial expertise
  • Well-connected to, and respected by, the marketing and media community with proven thought leadership
  • Strong contributor to PC’s POV on core services and futureproofing for the industry

  • Ability and passion to contribute to firm’s global narrative and POV for our clients and industry

LOCATION AND TRAVEL

Full-time role ideally based in our NYC or London offices, but virtual is also an option. Overall travel expected 15-30%.
